How long have you been publishing Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Books?
The first edition of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book was published in 1999 and only contained a small number of coupons valid in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. Since then, we have expanded to include participating merchants in many cities, towns, and villages throughout New Brunswick. Johnny's Coupons now offers Hundreds of Exclusive VIP "Buy 1, Get 1 FREE" Discounts (collectively between all editions) valid throughout the province.
In 2021 Johnny's Coupons transitioned from publishing a physical, printed book to offering Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book(s) that are accessible through a Mobile Website. This change of format now allows you to access Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book(s) on your mobile smart phone. Printed versions of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book(s) are no longer available.

Why did you change the format of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Books from a physical, printed book to an electronic version accessible on a mobile device?

There are many reasons why we changed the format of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Books, including environmental concerns and popular demand from our valued customers.
Here are a few reasons why we made this decision:
- We want to reduce our carbon footprint dramatically.
- We want to offer different editions of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book for various areas. This allows us to provide a better selection of coupon books, at a variety of prices, to meet all customer's budget.
- We want you to be able to sort participating merchants by area, coupon category, and distance from your current location, for your convenience.
- We want to offer participating merchants the ability to include photographs and videos of their establishment(s), product(s) and service(s), for you to be better informed about their coupon offers.
- We want to make it easier for you to share your Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book(s) with a family member.
- We want to reduce the risk of spreading viruses through No Communal Contact Redemption
Plus, Very Importantly, you will No Longer have to Remember your "Book" NOR Carry it with you!

When we surveyed thousands of our customers, including many organizations that sell Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Books as a fundraiser, the vast majority stated they would prefer an electronic format compared to a printed book.
Offering both a printed version and an electronic version of each Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book would increase production costs dramatically and significantly raise the retail price of each edition. Furthermore, it would not help as much with our environmental concerns for current and future generations.

Johnny's Coupons Mobile Website requires an active internet connection to display participating merchants, coupon offers, coupon information related to our program, and for you to be able to redeem coupons on your mobile device.
It is solely and exclusively the responsibility of the purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book, and/or any authorized user of your account on Johnny's Coupons Mobile Website, to provide a strong internet connection via their own Data Plan for their mobile device.
Without a strong internet connection, a mobile device may not be able to connect to our servers and could result in not being able to access Johnny's Coupons Mobile Website and/or redeem coupons.

Alternatively, you may loan your device(s) to whomever you would like to share your coupons with.

When I log in to my credit card account, the charge from Johnny's Coupons appears as "Pending". Can I still make changes to or cancel my order?

As soon as Johnny's Coupons receives your order, we will attempt to authorize your payment. As soon as your payment is approved, we will email your access code(s) for the digital coupon book(s) you ordered. As such, we are not able to make changes to or cancel your order.
After your payment has been approved it may still show as a "Pending Transaction" on your credit card statement.
Also, your payment may not be reflected in your account balance immediately.
Your transaction payment status will change, and your account balance will be adjusted, when your credit card issuer posts the confirmed transaction to your account.
At that time, the charge from Johnny's Coupons will appear as a "Posted Transaction".

Your Digital Coupon Book Access Code is only used to assign the book you purchased to your account. It is not used to sign-in to your account.
You cannot use the same access code on multiple devices because each new book may be assigned to a Maximum of one (1) Account.

Please Note: The yellow bar will only appear at the bottom of the participating merchants index page IF you activated more than one (1) Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book.
To view a different Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book you have activated, click the blue "Change" button to the right of the yellow bar. A list of all books in your account will be displayed.
If you purchased more than one (1) copy of the same Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book edition, that book will be listed once for each time a copy of that edition was activated. If this is the case, after each listing of the same Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book edition, the copy number of that book will be displayed in brackets. Default Setting

You may filter participating merchants by merchant area, coupon category, and/or by merchant names that begin with a certain letter of the alphabet. To filter participating merchants, click the corresponding yellow filter button(s) and/or a letter of the alphabet, respectively.
You may also sort participating merchants in alphabetical ascending order, alphabetical descending order, or by closest to me, by clicking the yellow "[Sort]" button. (Please Note: Your GPS must be turned on in the settings of your mobile device for the Closest to Me sort feature to be available as an option.)
If multiple filters and the sort feature are applied, they will all work in conjunction with each other to better refine your search.
Each time you select a new filter, participating merchants will be sorted in alphabetical ascending order by default.
The filter(s) you apply will be remembered until you change them manually or one of the following situations occur.
If you redeem a coupon or click the menu button and leave the participating merchants index page, only the Merchant Area filter will be remembered. The Coupon Category filter and the Sort feature will be reset to their default status.

Step 1. Sign-In to your Johnny's Coupons Mobile Website account.
Step 2. Select a participating merchant and click the blue "Tap for Details" button.
Step 3. Scroll down the page, past the list of all participating locations, until you see the list of coupon offers for that merchant and click the link for a particular coupon offer.
Step 4. Present the merchant your digital Johnny's Coupon, allowing the merchant to view it.
Step 5. When instructed by the merchant, click the blue "REDEEM OFFER NOW" button.
Please Note: If GPS is turned OFF on your mobile device, and if the merchant has more than one (1) participating location, select and tap the location you are currently at prior to clicking the "REDEEM OFFER NOW" button.
Step 6. When further instructed by the merchant, enter the coupon redemption code that is displayed for that coupon offer and click the green "REDEEM" button. (Please Note: IF the redemption code is alphanumeric, letters are not case sensitive. However, any spaces between characters must be included.)
Step 7. Show the merchant the redemption confirmation screen within a maximum of ten (10) minutes of clicking the "REDEEEM OFFER NOW" button.
Caution: Coupons Must Be redeemed in presence of vendor to be valid and you must show the merchant the redemption confirmation screen within a maximum of 10 minutes of redeeming your coupon offer. Failure to comply with these rules of use will render your coupon offer void.
Step 8. Click the green "I'M FINISHED" button and you will land on the Redemption History page for the Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book your coupon offer was redeemed from.
Step 9. (Optional): Click the blue "(Edit)" button corresponding to the coupon offer you just redeemed and enter the amount of the discount you received. Then, be sure to click the green "Save" button. This will allow you to accurately track your savings from each Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book you activated.
Disclaimer: If you do not update your "Actual Savings" for a particular coupon offer, our system will assume you received the maximum discount available for that coupon offer when calculating your total savings for that book.

How to Download and View your file:
When you download your redemption history our system creates a ".xml" file which is not viewable by just opening the file. You must first open Excel and then open your downloaded file within Excel.
Step 1. Click the blue "Download" button (Please Note: If using a smart phone, after the download is complete, it is recommended you transfer your downloaded file to another device before proceeding.)
Step 2. Open Excel.
Step 3. Click the "File" tab in the top left of your screen.
Step 4. Select "New".
Step 5. Select "Blank workbook".
Step 6. Click the "File" tab in the top left of your screen.
Step 7. Select "Open".
Step 8. Click "Browse" and find the downloaded file.

Step 3. Click "Save As".
Step 4. Click "Browse" to choose where you would like to save your file.

Johnny's Coupons negotiates coupon offers and signs contracts with all participating merchants up to one (1) year prior to publishing an edition of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book. As a result, on occasion, some merchants may close their business permanently prior to the release date and/or while an edition is valid.
If a participating merchant goes out of business, unfortunately, it renders all Johnny's Coupons from that merchant void. Any un-redeemed coupons from that merchant will not be accepted at any other merchant.
Prior to visiting any participating merchant, we recommend you visit the News Bulletin for possible updates and/or announcements.

To return any un-sold Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Books, the Digital Coupon Book Access Code(s) corresponding to the books being returned must not have been redeemed.
Each card or document containing the Digital Coupon Book Access Code(s) must be completely intact and free of breakage, tears, stains, markings, and stickers, nor altered in any way.
In addition, Digital Coupon Book Access Codes must not be revealed, in part or in full.
Each Digital Coupon Book Access Code must be returned in like-new, re-sellable condition.
All Digital Coupon Book Access Codes must be returned to Johnny's Coupons via Registered Mail or Canada Post Xpress Post, with a signature required upon receipt, and post-marked no later than twenty-eight (28) days after the corresponding order was received.
The shipping charge for all returns is solely and exclusively the responsibility of the sender.
The sender of the return acknowledges and agrees Johnny's Coupons Inc. is not liable for any returned products that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit.
Johnny's Coupons does not accept drop-off returns.
