ACCOUNT LICENSE AGGREMENTS

1. Each New Book may be assigned to a Maximum of one (1) Account.
2. You may Access your Account on a Maximum of two (2) Devices.
3. IF you purchased More than one (1) Book, Each New Book may be assigned to the Same Account or a Different Account.

TERMS OF SALE

1. It is solely and exclusively the responsibility of the purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book and/or any authorized user of your account on Johnny's Coupons Mobile Website, to provide a strong internet connection via their own Data Plan for their mobile device. The purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book understands, acknowledges, accepts and agrees that without a strong internet connection a mobile device may not be able to connect to our servers and could result in not being able to access and/or redeem coupons.
2. Johnny's Coupons Inc., its' subsidiaries, its' directors, and the participating merchants, will not be responsible, nor liable, to provide public Wi-Fi (nor public WLAN) and cannot guarantee internet connection signal strength at participating merchant locations. In such cases that coupons cannot be redeemed due to low network signal strength and/or in the absence of an internet connection, the purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book agrees no compensation will be required.
3. Johnny's Coupons Inc., its' subsidiaries, its' directors, and the participating merchants, will not be responsible, nor liable, for the inability to connect to our servers, mobile website malfunctions, and the inability to view and/or redeem coupons for reasons including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, power outages, road closures, construction, government restrictions imposed on Johnny's Coupons Inc. and/or its' participating merchants, required maintenance to Johnny's Coupons Mobile Website, cyber attacks, nor due to personal circumstances that prohibit the use of Johnny's Coupons Mobile Website. In such cases the purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book agrees no compensation will be required.
4. Johnny's Coupons Inc., its' subsidiaries, its' directors, and the participating merchants will not be responsible, nor liable, for any use, misuse, nor accidental redemption of coupons by all authorized users of your account on Johnny's Coupons Mobile Website (www.JohnnysCoupons.NET). In such cases the purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book agrees no compensation will be required.
5. Johnny's Coupons Inc. disclaims all alleged liability for any Data Breach resulting from any accident, cyber attack, event or occurrence on, and/or resulting from the use of Johnny's Coupons website (www.JohnnysCoupons.com) and/or Johnny's Coupons Mobile Website (www.JohnnysCoupons.NET). The purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book agrees to indemnify Johnny's Coupons Inc., its' subsidiaries, its' directors, and participating merchants from any and all liability claims regardless of the nature of the Data Breach and/or any alleged damages, and no compensation will be required.
6. Johnny's Coupons Inc. negotiates coupon offers and signs contracts with all participating merchants up to one year prior to publishing Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book. As a result, on occasion, some merchants may go out of business prior to Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book being released. Johnny's Coupons Inc., its' subsidiaries, its' directors, and the participating merchant(s), will not be responsible, nor liable, for such occurrences. In such cases the purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book agrees no compensation will be required.
7. Johnny's Coupons Inc., its' subsidiaries, and its' directors will not be responsible, nor liable, if any establishment goes out of business or refuses to accept presented coupons prior to the coupon expiry date; however, we will attempt to legally enforce compliance of their signed contract. In such cases the purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book agrees no compensation will be required.
8. Johnny's Coupons Inc. disclaims all alleged liability for bodily injury and/or property damage resulting from any accident, event or occurrence on, or resulting from the use of the premises of the participating businesses. The purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book agrees to indemnify Johnny's Coupons Inc., its' subsidiaries, and its' directors from any and all liability claims regardless of the nature of the injury and/or any alleged property damage, and no compensation will be required.
9. Johnny's Coupons Inc. disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or otherwise imposed by law, regarding the condition of those premises or the safety of the same. The purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book agrees Johnny's Coupons Inc., its' subsidiaries, and its' directors are not responsible, nor liable, for any and all unsafe conditions of those premises and no compensation will be required.
10. Johnny's Coupons Inc. disclaims all alleged vicarious liability for bodily injury and/or property damage resulting from the acts or omissions of the participating businesses. The purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book agrees to indemnify Johnny's Coupons Inc., its' subsidiaries, and its' directors from any and all vicarious liability claims regardless of the nature of the injury and/or any alleged property damage, and no compensation will be required.
11. All sales are final.

CHANGE/CENCEL ORDER & RETURN POLICIES

After Johnny's Coupons receives your order, and authorizes your credit card payment successfully, we are not able to change your order, nor cancel your order, nor accept returns. As per Johnny's Coupons Terms of Sale, all sales are final.

PURCHASE CONFIRMS AGREEMENT

1. The purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book agrees to inform any authorized users of your account on Johnny's Coupons Mobile Website (www.JohnnysCoupons.NET) of this Purchase Agreement and that their use of Johnny's Coupons Mobile Website confirms their acceptance of all policies and notices contained within.
2. The purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book agrees to be personally liable for any misconduct and/or failure to comply with this Purchase Agreement on the part of the purchaser and any and all authorized users of your account on Johnny's Coupons Mobile Website (www.JohnnysCoupons.NET).
3. The purchaser of Johnny's 2 For 1 Coupon Book acknowledges, understands, accepts, and agrees to this Purchase Agreement, including all Rules of Use, Conditions, Important Notices, Website Notes, Data Plan Requirements, Account License Agreements, Terms of Sale, and Change/Cancel Order and Return Policies, as outlined above.
